ABOUT KNGG WHO ARE WE ? THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Abbey Cash & Susan Chiafullo Co-Chairpersons Phyllis Teal, Treasurer Alexandra-Anderson Spivy, Secretary THE BOARD of DIRECTORS Abbey Cash & Susan Chiafullo Co-Chairpersons Christopher Keating Alexandra-Anderson Spivy Phyllis Teal Jayne Zinke RESPONSIBILITY Executive Committee and the Board of Directors Above and beyond the duty of raising funds and what is set down in the by-laws, the major function of the Executive Committee is to lead, set an example and motivate the membership into fulfilling the mission of the organization. The Board of Directors responsibility is to support and back up the Executive Committee in this most important area. An equally important part of the board’s motivational work is to speak out freely for the organization at public meetings, hearings, town council meetings and to the media. Our leadership at public meetings has been setting an example for the membership. This opportunity has shown us in action fighting for the organization‘s mission. In fact these public meetings and hearings have acted as open rallies for us and have given us a positive image, thus increasing the membership.
